Manual Handling Level 2
Practical training in safe lifting, carrying, and handling technique to prevent workplace injury.
Manual handling injuries remain one of the leading causes of lost working days in the UK. This course gives your staff the practical technique and risk-assessment knowledge to lift, carry, push, and pull safely, in line with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, reducing both injury risk and liability exposure for your business.
WHO IT'S FORAny staff who lift, carry, push, or pull loads as part of their role, including warehouse, retail, care, logistics, and construction workers.

Learn to apply the Task, Individual, Load, Environment framework to assess a handling task before lifting.
Practice correct posture, grip, and movement for lifting and lowering loads from floor to waist height.
